The Oasis for all the hopeful show participants...the VFMC tent.
<We were lucky to have a 2000
Cobra R entered in our show!
Even with the cool hat hiding her face, we know that's member Joan Aberts preparing the trophies.
The T-Bird crowd
was on hand with
some pretty sharp
rides...
We've run into this modified 1993 Cobra at other shows...the coolest married couple owns this baby. He races the Lightning, and wins, while she shows the Cobra, and wins...now that is the perfect marriage!
It was mostly late model Mustangs at this show, but these vintage beauties were a welcome addition!
The Valley Forge Mustang Club show entries:
If you're a member of the club, by now you've heard stories of the "Red Baron"... We'll here she (he?) is, the Aberts family's 1978 Mustang II.
The entire Carlini clan showed up with the legendary
1969 Sports Roof. Flavio drives this masterpiece to
shows and we have yet to see dirt, bugs, dust or even
dandruff on/in this car...
Cool graffics are in more than ever:
A local cruise night was scheduled for MapleGrove's parking lot Saturday night.
Suddenly there were Chevy & Mopar guys walking around...but gearheads are a fun bunch....a little ribbing and some boasting...and some really nice iron on display
You know your Mustang is no longer "new" when parts for it show up in the flea markets....oh well. Plenty of parts for classics and the 5.0 / 4.6 crowd.
The 5.0 Shop is my
new best friend >>
If you gotta have new performance parts, the aftermarket manufacturer's midway had plenty of go-fast stuff...
